2. Information we collect

• Account: name, email address, user identifier, and verification status.
• Purchases: product, payment or subscription status, customer and transaction identifiers, and related dates. AIPicks does not store your complete card number.
• Usage and device: features used, date and time, language, technical information, approximate IP address, and security or diagnostic logs.
• Communications: messages and information you provide when requesting support.

3. How we use information

We use it to create and protect accounts, authenticate users, deliver purchased content, process and manage payments, provide support, prevent fraud, fix errors, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We share only what is necessary with providers that help operate AIPicks, including Supabase for authentication and data, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for infrastructure and email, and sports-data providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a future reorganization of the service.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use technologies required to maintain your session, remember preferences, complete verification, and protect access. Blocking them may prevent sign-in or other features from working.

6. Retention

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements. We then delete or anonymize it when appropriate.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Use a unique password and report suspicious activity.

8. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or account closure by emailing support@aipickspro.app. We may verify your identity and retain records when legally required or reasonably necessary. Premium may be canceled through the billing portal.

9. Children

AIPicks is intended only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor created an account.

10. Transfers and changes

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, subject to applicable contractual safeguards. We may update this policy, post a new effective date, and notify users of material changes.
