Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, accessing the service, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you do not agree, do not use AIPicks.

2. Informational service

AIPicks provides statistics, estimated probabilities, odds, trends, and sports picks solely for informational and entertainment purposes. AIPicks is not a sportsbook, does not accept bets, does not hold gambling funds, and does not provide financial advice.

No analysis guarantees an outcome. Sports are inherently uncertain, and you may lose money if you choose to bet. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for complying with the laws where you live. If gambling is no longer entertaining, visit NCPG or call 1-800-GAMBLER.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information and protect your login credentials. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account or attempt to access protected content without authorization. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Premium and Elite

Premium currently costs $9.99 USD per month and automatically renews until canceled. You may cancel through “Manage billing” and retain access through the end of the paid billing period.

Elite currently costs $29.99 USD per purchase. It unlocks only the Elite pick identified at checkout. It is not a subscription, does not include future Elite picks, and does not require Premium.

Prices and features may change for future purchases. The applicable price is displayed before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe and are also subject to its terms.

5. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel Premium at any time to prevent the next renewal. Except where required by law, partially used billing periods and already-unlocked digital Elite purchases are nonrefundable. For duplicate charges, access failures, or other problems, contact support@aipickspro.app.

6. Permitted use

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, scrape, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, use it illegally, or violate third-party rights. The AIPicks brand, design, text, analysis, and other content are protected by applicable law.

7. Availability and third parties

We may change, suspend, or remove features and content. Odds, schedules, injuries, and other data may come from third parties and may change quickly, be delayed, or contain errors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absolute accuracy, or that a pick will be available every day.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIPicks is provided “as is” and “as available.” Christian Fernandez is not responsible for gambling losses, decisions based on the content, interruptions, third-party data, or unauthorized access outside his reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Termination

We may restrict or terminate an account that violates these Terms, abuses the service, commits fraud, or creates risk for users or the platform. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by Florida law and applicable federal law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. We may update them and will provide reasonable notice before material changes take effect.
